Can Direct Fleet Solutions supply any make and model?
Yes, Direct Fleet Solutions can supply any make and model so contact us
and we will be happy to supply you with a written quotation. We can
tailor your quotation to include those important extras that you always
wanted and specifically factory order a car to your required
specification.
If I contract hire or took a finance agreement when do I make my initial payment?
Your initial payment will be paid via Cheque, Bankers Draft or
Direct Debit on delivery of your new vehicle. A deposit is required to
order the vehicle and returned on contract stage, otherwise no money is
required until your vehicle is ready to be delivered.
If I purchased a car how do I make the total balance due?
Direct Fleet Solutions and our UK Dealerships will not release a
vehicle until full payment has been made for the vehicle unless finance
has been taken. This is due to fraud and theft prevention. Once a
deposit has been taken to order the car we require no further payments
until the car has been built and ready. We can then take cleared funds
only via BACS, Bankers Draft, Cleared Cheques, Debit Cards and Credit
Cards.
Are the cars supplied Imports and where do they come from?
We never deal with import. All cars come direct from the Manufacturers and registered at approved UK Dealerships.
What does my car come with?
All cars come with full 3 years warranty, Road Tax and 1st year
Breakdown Cover. It comes with the peace of mind knowing your car has
been supplied by a main UK Dealership and if funded, knowing that it is
financially supported by the biggest funders in the UK.
If a Lease/Contract Hire am I responsible for service and maintenance?
Yes, you will need to maintain and service the vehicle as you would
with your own. All cars must be serviced at correct schedules, stamped
and you must use Approved Manufacturers Parts to ensure your warranty
is valid. We offer a Vehicle Service/MOT Facility; if you require any

How do I collect my car?
We generally deliver to all mainland UK subject to any extra
delivery charges due to any special delivery arrangements that have to
be made. However depending on the type of funding contract taken you
may be required to collect the vehicle from the dealership due to
regulated agreements. If you are required to do this we will notify
you.
